Getting started couldn’t be easier. Sign up for a free one month trial and during that month we’ll be in touch to see how you’re progressing. You can nominate up to eight additional members of your staff to try out the academy and we would encourage this strongly. We’ll also help, if you need us to, with showing you how you can use the Academy to see how your team are doing too! As soon as we have completed the very simple registration process you will be able to access the Academy and start to get a feel for what it can offer you – it offers a huge learning resource to anyone currently working in the UK business environment. Does the Academy have structured learning?
Learning within the Fresh Business Thinking Academy can be done in a number of ways, one of which is to concentrate on a “learning pathway” – a guided route through the site. The route will take you through a selection of articles to read and exercises to do which are all relevant to a chosen topic. In many ways, pathways are like programmes or courses.

Can people record their own levels of achievement?
As soon as the registration process is complete, the Academy creates a unique learning achievement record for each user. It is in this part of the Academy, that users can see how they are progressing, building up their own record of achievement with exercises which draw on knowledge, self discovery and understanding of the learning material.
It is even possible for users of the Academy to win a Certificate of Professional Management (which can be awarded by your own organisation). Certificates of Professional Management are made up of a delineated group of pathways and recognise a broad base of successful learning in a wide range of chosen management disciplines.
Can we recognise achievement - and with Certificates?
Yes. Remember this is your organisations own learning Academy and as such, your people can record their own levels of achievement (see FAQ: Can people record their own levels of achievement?).
It is also possible for users of the Academy to win a Certificate of Professional Management which can be awarded by your own organisation. The CPM is made up of a delineated group of pathways and recognises a broad base of successful learning in a wide range of chosen management disciplines. The Academy will automatically tell you when a member of your team has qualified for a Certificate of Professional Management and you can print your own bespoke certificates for presentation.
Can I be sure of the quality of the learning material?
Content within the Fresh Business Thinking Academy is accredited by Staffordshire University and Birmingham City University. Each of these Universities are offering Foundation Degrees in Management and Leadership.
Will the Academy have the bespoke look and feel of my company?
Yes. It is possible for your Academy to have a bespoke look and feel reflecting the image and colours of your own organisation. You can see examples of how others have achieved this by clicking on the link on the Academy home page. This service is available at no additional cost.
What are the costs?
Access to and use of the Fresh Business Thinking Academy, costs from as little as £10 per month per authorised user. Should you wish us to do so, this price is fully inclusive of building your academy to have the look and feel of your own company. There is a sliding scale of charges ranging from an annual cost of £295.00 for a single user to £995.00 for any number of users between 4 and 9. If you’d like more than 10 people in your business to be registered to use the site, talk to us, about a special subscription rate.
What support is on offer?
We think that you’ll find the Academy very easy to use but in the event that you’d like some additional help, advice or support we’re always willing to answer your queries during normal office hours. In addition, we constantly update material to the Academy and release a monthly newsletter keeping you abreast of all that is new, and immediately available to you, as a subscriber.
